Implementation costsDifferent Companies need different approaches in their move to the cloud. We offer 3 different approaches which make sure your company gets the best value. We don't think we can be beaten on price but if you can find anywhere that offers our services at a better price and provide the same quality of service then please let us know.

Basic Setup

A basic setup will mean that your users will start with fresh mailboxes. You will still be able to access your old mailboxes from your old account or save old emails in a folder on Outlook. We will set your system up and switch you over with the minimum of fuss. Send instructions so everyone knows what to expect and make sure everyone is happy before we change over. We will set up your emails/aliases/forwarders and distribution lists to your requirements and your Outlook will be configured automatically.

We will help you with your mobile integration and provide you with any telephone support you need. We will setup basic intranet sites for your use and then provide initial support to all of your users.

Setup fee £250 for up to 10 users.

Remote Migration

If you’re looking to make the move to the cloud as cost effective as possible you can elect to have a remote migration.

Remote Migration can save businesses a significant amount of money as it does not require a site visit. Your system will be set up, your domain moved to your new service, all of your emails migrated to your new mailboxes at a time when you are not in the office to ensure zero downtime. Email forwarding, disclaimers and distribution lists will be setup for you along with Intranet sites.

For most services, software will automatically configure your Outlook and telephone help will be provided for any issues. You will receive instructions on how to sync your mobile devices with your Cloud suite. We will support your users through the initial setup procedure and help with any problems that may arise to ensure a smooth transition.

Bespoke Implementation

For our Enterprise customers a full approach is required. Companies need a full assessment of their services and will have a team of on-site technicians to move them to the Cloud. A full discussion on requirements so all the work can be undertaken at the same time rather than incurring further implementation costs down the line. Teams will work alongside IT departments to make sure all parties are fully versed in services, how they are implemented, user support, possible disruptions, assessment of Hardware, Active Directories, Locality of datacenters (and a great deal of other concerns).

Pilot Schemes will be run so a select number of controlled users can be monitored and any specific issues learnt and overcome before services are rolled out. During a pilot period your current system will be synced with your cloud service so there will always be a solid failsafe in place. This practice will be carried over into implementation.

This way we can ensure that all of your global workers are fully supported, aware of changes and that there will be little to no disruption to your company IT.

Prices start from £1300.00

Due to the nature of Bespoke Implementation, we cannot publish exact package prices as we need to make an assessment of requirements and your current systems. Any complex implementation will need a bespoke package.
